Options All of the service areas listed here page can be provided to your facility under a number of different options. Each option is designed to be as flexible as you require and each option will be outlined in detail so as to provide the advantages to you in using each.
We spend hundreds of hours each year listening to our clients at various conventions and meetings and these are the options that you have most commonly asked for. If your facility would like something different, please contact us as we are always learning from our client facilities. Agency Staffing If you prefer to simply use our organization for intermittent problems that occur. Our fees are provided upon completion of our agency request form. (click above for advantages) This option solves your problem on a permanent basis. Contracts are usually 6 months to one year in length. Our organization will place our nurse employees to provide the services at your facility during the term of each contract and its renewal terms. (click above for advantages) Our in-house recruiting staff will create a profile for your facility and provide the candidates to you for your employment. Our placement fees are approximately 20% of the first year's salary in medium size SMA's. Specific pricing will be provided upon request. Special Services Occasionally, facilities request that we help them in special projects such as preparing for sales or mergers. Our administrative staff is available to meet any such needs.
